I don’t like Winter in the Midwest very much, which seems like an odd thing to say since I live here (mostly) by choice, and have lived here my entire life. Aside from the cold, which sucks for all the obvious reasons, everything is just gray/brown and dead looking. If you’re not already depressed, looking outside will make you depressed. I am so looking forward to Spring, sitting outside on my deck, and baseball season even though the White Sox are likely to be terrible again this year.
